Support Act is a polite intervention that takes place before the start of another play.

It will last between 3 and 7 minutes.

We will present ourselves as a choir, standing together as a group in front of the audience, declaring our manifesto, what we believe in, what we want to achieve, what we believe art could be.

We discussed what it means to do an activist intervention and what we would want to say in our manifesto. We explored how difficult it is to formulate one voice for eleven people even though we´re from the same generation facing the same challenges of our time. Furthermore the content of the piece reflects our discussion, clear as it is unclear, disturbing as it is undisturbing, polite as it is impolite.And we embrace the contradiction of our intervention,

We wish to make a statement, but we also don’t want to ruin the main act.
We wish to disturb, but also don’t want to be annoying.
